MEET THE TEAM

It's been almost a 4 years since living on my own and I have to thank Mr Lee Wang for this as he's been one of the biggest reasons why I have found a place I call home. As many of you are finding out, it's very difficult to find a place in Hawaii, well because a lot of people foreign and local aspire to live here. Before purchasing my first home, I was looking for that perfect place to live and call a place my own for two years. Because I didn't want to rent, I decided to buy and Lee, being the constant professional that he is, helped me a lot with looking for that perfect place. He helped me through the process of going to different places in town (as town is difficult to find) but he worked very hard. He was more patient than I was in finding a place, and he had the knowledge in his profession and confidence that I was going to find something I liked. Well, it turned out that I was looking online on my own and saw a place and quickly notified lee about it. The place was supposed to be shown at an open house but I couldn't go to it because I had work that day. So Lee got me to see the place prior to that! when we were fortunate enough to see the place, I automatically fell in love with the place. It had me on the first step inside the apartment that I knew. And it wasn't the the sellers plan to take a bid till after the open house, but Lee convinced them to take my offer instead. They were originally asking for a price much much higher than I offered, but Lee worked his magic. And the seller was compassionate for me. I don't know how he convinced the seller and their realtor to sell me the place but they did, for a much lower price knowing that the place could've went to an even much higher bidder. And I was surprised! I was actually thinking of moving to NYC instead if I didn't get the place. But here I am, I got it, very fortunate, living on my own for first time, with a view that is gorgeous, in a place I can call home, and I'm very satisfied with it. A lot of people may not know this, but working with realtors is an extremely big commitment. It involves placing your trust into your realtor to guide you through your biggest investment. Susan and I had the pleasure to work with Lee and Anina to sell our condo and purchase our first single family home. We are very grateful that we had their expertise and professional guidance throughout the entire process of selling and buying. They took the time to listen to our needs, likes, and dislikes in finding our forever home. We had a lot of questions and concerns as we were unfamiliar with all the details of purchasing a single family home; and Lee and Anina were always there to answer our questions and get answers for us. They made sure that we were informed, comfortable, and confident throughout every step of the way. They maintained constant communication and continued to follow up and provide courtesy care even after we got the keys to our new home. We are beyond happy with the sale of our condo and the purchase of our forever home. We were able to buy the home of our dreams! Lee was a consummate professional and took care of all aspects of our sale. He went above and beyond our expectations arranging estimates for renovations and then purchasing new appliances where needed and organizing painters and cleaners coming into the apartment and making it in the best condition for sale. Would definitely recommend him for an agent that will do his best for you! He did for us!
