Lee is a full-time Realtor® specializing in residential and commercial properties on Oahu. Growing up in Colorado and Kansas, he moved to Hawaii in January of 2000 and graduated from Kaiser High School, bringing with him a unique combination of the mainland and local perspectives. He attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa and graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications and Executive MBA from Shidler College of business.

 

After graduation, he worked in the education field as an education assistant and substitute teacher at Mokapu Elementary, Manoa Elementary, and Moanalua High School. Following in his mother’s footsteps, he made the transition to the real estate industry by getting licensed in 2008 and later obtaining his real estate broker license in 2014. 

 

Lee’s business philosophy is this: Whether working with a first-time home buyer or an experienced investor, working hard, smart, and honestly will always net the best result for everyone. He believes that when he supplies you with updated and relevant information, you can make the right choice. Whether buying or selling, having the right information will put you in the best position for a smooth transaction.


He currently lives in the heart of Honolulu with his fiance, two cats, and dog Lele. When time allows, he enjoys traveling, playing and watching sports, and volunteering in the entrepreneurship realm. Naeco is a full-time real estate professional specializing in residential, first-time home buyers, and first-time investors on Oahu. He commits to building a trusting relationship with home buyers and works diligently to help them find their perfect home. His main goal is to help as many people as he can find their first homes, dream homes or get started on their investments. He works great in teams and is excited to be a part of people’s home buying journey.

 

He chose to enter real estate after being inspired by his father, who has been an agent most of his life in California. Naeco was raised with a great deal of knowledge on the industry, and after learning more about the business as he grew up, his interest and passion grew strongly. He found a spark of determination to pursue real estate full time. Finding a great mentor was key to his development as an agent and has helped him blossom tremendously into a real estate professional.

 

Growing up in Huntington Beach, California, Naeco has always had a love for the ocean. He started surfing when he was 8 years old and always dreamed of moving to Oahu. After moving here in 2019, he has spent all his free time in the ocean. He is either surfing, bodyboarding, diving, or taking photos.
